Lino print workshop at the Museum of Joensuu

The workshop was organised on 24th of August by Joensuu Museum and  graphic artists Tarja Heilimo and Anu Torikka from Lappeenranta. It was a useful course for me, because I had a chance to learn how to make Lino print in a very different way, especially when there isn't any press machine. I had chance to meet different artists from Joensuu, we shared experience and exchanged our views. Tarja is a very good teacher, she was always helping and encouraging very much. She is also very talented artist. I had to visit her exhibition "SIVULLA 12" or in English ( On the page 12 ) which she is taking part in it with some other graphic artists from Finland. I must admit that the works were quite brilliant, I felt inspired! So, if you happen to be in Joensuu, I would recommend that you visit the museum and take a look at the "SIVULLA 12" exhibition. the exhibition will continue until 23th October 2016.
