KUTI #41. Contemporary african comics in a finnish comic magazine



Kuti #41  Just got its official release at 31 Helsinki Comics Festival in Autumn 2016. This issue is entirely dedicated to contemporary african comics. The issue is all done in English with a Finnish translation. Afri Kuti was compiled and edited by Rui Tenreiro & Jonah Sack. Features 16 authors in all with works from seven countries in Africa: 
Jonah Sack (South Africa), Luntu Vumazonke / KIF (South Africa), Koffi Roger N’Guessan (Ivory Coast), Mongo Sisé (Democratic Republic of the Congo), Philip Ndunguru (Tanzania), Michael Maqungo (South Africa), Sérgio Zimba (Mozambique), Mark Kannemeyer (South Africa), Motshumi Mogorosi (South Africa), Jimga Jimoh Ganiyu (Nigeria), Sunday Ngakama & Sanna Hukkanen (Tanzania/Finland), Theophil R. Mnyavanu (Tanzania), Nicko Odinyo (Kenya), Ree Treweek (South Africa) and Joanne Bloch (South Africa).
